Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Due to product being shipped overseas. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
